An excursion to a city of Historical interest
Agra is a city having many famous historical buildings. The agra fort, the mausoleum of emperor Akbar at sikandra, the tomb of itmad-up-daula, the ruined city of fatepur sikri and the taj mahal have great historical value. Our school organised an excursion tour of three days to this famous city.
The person I admire most
The person i admir most is Mother Teresa. she was one of the greatest missionaries of our time.She dedicated her entire life to the service at the poorest of the poor. She was an appostle of the unwanted. Though a foreigner, mother teresa settled in calcutta and made it her home. She visited the slums in and around calcutta and nursed those who suffered from leprosy and cancer. She cared for the feelings of those who were unwanted, uncared for and deserted by every body.
A visit to a circus
Then came the weight-lifter of the circus. He picked up as 200kg of weight with great ease. He also made an elephant stand on him. The motor-cyclist showed his tricks in the well of death. There was absolute silence in the tent during his performance.
George washington was the first president of the U.S.A. He was very kind at heart. It he saw someone in distress, his heart was immediatley moved with pity. One day, while driving along a road, he came across a small dog caught in mud. How soever hard the poor animal might try, it could not come out of the mud. With out even a moment's thought. Washington got down from his carriage, jumped into the mud and pulled the dog out on to a dry patch of land.
